New, temporary design for webeno - webdesign, webhosting

I decided to apply a little facelift to my blog as the previous one looked really outdated. I will move this blog (sooner or later) into a different domain, but until then, I just wanted it to look a little nicer (to my view at least). I may still change my mind, so come back later for more... ;)

Happy holidays! :)

I'm already feeling the holiday vibe, so can't concentrate on writing up a post right now that would be more helpful than this one, so let me just wish you all the very best for the holidays! ;)

Two new website designs - done!

They've both been ready for a while now, just didn't take the time to post about them, but hey, I feel this it the perfect time for it, right? ;)

One of them was created for a good friend, another photographer, just about to start opening her wings in this beautiful profession:

The makeover of 7vegeazegalatt.com

We applied a major revamp on 7vegeazegalatt.com, the website built for our huge birthday party / mini-festival. I said "we" as the pictures basically making up the website were drawn and taken by one of our friend, she's amazing! So check it out and enjoy: 7vegeazegalatt.com

Google +1 (plus one) button added to webeno - webdesign, webhosting

It's been some time that I wanted to add the Google +1 option to my posts, but my initial tests failed when trying to use Google's 'Add +1 to your pages' page. I just made another try after finding article Add Google +1 (Plus One) Button To Blogger Posts. I just had to tweak it a little bit in order to fit my blog's design - see the result below and click if you liked this post ;).

Website rebuilt by webeno - teklalight.com

Another refurbishment process ended some time back, I just really didn't have much time to post, so putting it up now. My good photographer friend asked me to rebuild her website a while ago (I wrote about this here in details when this happened in my post called Another website you'll see my link on). It now got a new name and of course an absolutely new design: teklalight.com. You may also check it out under the MadeByMe page of this blog.

New (refurbished) website under the webeno sky - MagicalMusicalEnglish.com

My good friend, Lisa had the wonderful idea to create a school where kids can learn English mostly using music, singing, and play. She called it MagicalMusicalEnglish.com. You may also check it out under the MadeByMe page of this blog.

New simplistic website MadeByMe

My bro's and I had an idea to organize our own mini-festival with the main idea to celebrate our birthdays in the summer months. This got the name "Hétvége az ég alatt" (meaning "A weekend under the sky" in Hungarian), thus the website's name 7vegeazegalatt.com ("Hét" is the word for number 7). You may also check it out under the MadeByMe page of this blog.

Another website you'll see my link on

I just transformed a photographer's PixelPost photoblog into a Wordpress website making sure that the design is kept the same and only the platform would be easier to handle which, according to the client's feedback, worked out very well! Check it out here: Dió Fotóstúdió (Hungarian)

EDITED: note that the above website has now moved, the new website address and details of my work on rebuilding it can be found in my newer post called Website rebuilt by webeno - teklalight.com.

New website 'in the house': widosub.com & V2 Manufacture updated

Was just ready a few days ago with the latest, very simple website i created for an amazing musician and dj, widosub. I created his site with WordPress and used the The WordPress XSPF Player Plugin, a Flash based music player plugin. Go ahead and check it out now: widosub.com.

I also made a recent change to V2 Manufacture: due to the fact that the client wanted to see the website through iPad and iPhone, I had to replace the Flash based simpleviewer script by a Javascript based picture gallery tool. I used the probably simplest and awesomest script called Galleria by Aino. As a backup solution, for those who have difficulties seeing javascript content, I created a separate, simple, html/css based version of the picture gallery - I used a simple CSS photo-album for this replacing the numbers with thumbnail pictures.

webeno.blogspot.com got below 2 M on Alexa Ranking

Dear beloved readers!

Today webeno.blogspot.com got below 2 million in the worldwise website ranking of Alexa. This might not sound like a big deal, but considering the fact that there are over 200,000,000 (200 million) websites on the internet currently (source: Netcraft), my blog is actually among the leading 1%!

Get a hand made chopper :) - V2 Manufacture

My sister's friend creates motorcycles! Isn't that an awesome thing to do? Of course I accepted when he asked me to create a simple website for him, see the result here: [website removed].

It's really simple, so I used SimpleViewer again ;)

Edited: we finally decided to use a Javascript picture gallery instead (see more information about this in my blog post called New website 'in the house': widosub.com & V2 Manufacture updated.

Some "cosmetics" applied to G&G Home website

Let me just post a little note about that I did some cosmetics to a website of a team of 2 industrial designers, called G&G Home. The website was built of images only, so no text (not very good SEO, but I guess it's not the intention). The problem was that the images although well designed, the background was still white.

2 new websites in the hood

I just finished 2 smaller projects. One is a house sale website called mansion.law2success.com and the other one is a minimalist photographer's site, gergomatis.com.

I use simpleviewer on both the sites that is a simple and nicely editable photo viewing add-on for your website. Nevertheless, it's free! ;)
